How did Shirlene develop her 3-step Heart-Selling process?
"I've listened to entrepreneurs who run from networking group to networking group and they spent a lot of money because they'll buy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and they keep trying and trying and trying. But the biggest challenge is that they don't know how to talk about what it is that they do succinctly. And the other thing is they don't know how to open a sales conversation with the people at the event. So by the time they're done and they add up their expenses for the year, they spent a fortune in networking but got no business to cover that fortune and so many entrepreneurs have told me that story, which is why I said, okay, well I guess I need to step in and teach them how to sell but rejected. And that's usually their biggest fear is rejection."
