The September edition of Bristol Bike Night will be hosted at Fowlers Bristol, featuring special guest Peter Hickman.
The September Bristol Bike Night will also be the final one for 2023. Held on the first Friday of each month, the passing of 2023 into October will take it out of riding season for many bikers.
Entry to the event is free, and there is no need to pre-book to guarantee a slot, so turning up on the day obviously perfectly fine.
The event offers a host of entertainment, including the Extreme Wheelie machine, but there are also a bunch of helpful exhibitors.
These include Bristol Advanced Motorcyclists, offering advice on the IAM RoadSmart training programme, as well as Mental Health Motorbike. Further, the Blood Bikes of the Freewheelers Emergency Voluntary Service will be present.
The attendance of Peter Hickman will be accompanied by his long-term leathers sponsor Weise, who will bring Hickman’s Gas Monkey suit from his 2022 Senior TT victory to be displayed.
A Fowlers press release also says that Weise are “inviting women riders at the event to provide feedback on a range of jackets, to help them design new lines”.
Motorcycles will also be brought and displayed by the charity event Nailsea Bike Show, and announcements will be made for the Bike of the Season award and of what will be the 16th manufacturer to join Fowlers’ Bristol showrooms.
Fowlers is located at 2-12 Bath Road, Bristol BS4 3DR, on the A38 inner ring road and within short, walking distance of Temple Meads mainline railway station.
